I also provided research I had done on where the debtors were currently living (they moved back to the family farm where they grew up in a small rural community), where one of the debtors worked, etc. On one of those we already had gone to court on our own and rec'd a legal judgment, so the hard and expensive part was already done by us.
Two were for small amounts, but 2 of the debts were for 5 figures each. We gave Atradius 4 debts to collect after seeing good reviews. After that doesn't work, they quickly drop the case. In short summary first, this is a worthless collection company as all they seem willing to do is nothing more than make a few calls and write a few emails/letters (which obviously most past due debtors will avoid/ignore, and that you could easily do yourself) in hopes of making a quick/easy fee for minimal effort.
